Aus dem Osten – September 2016

Gentlemen and Brethren,

I hope all Arminius members, their families, and friends have had a wonderful summer and that all have returned from travels safe and sound! It is again time to take up the Working Tools and resume our Labors at Arminius Lodge. We have many G:.L:. and Arminius activities on offer for the autumn, including the annual G:.L:. picnic at Glen Echo Park, Maryland, and our Grand Visitation in October. On 10-11 September, Wardens and Deacons of Arminius Lodge are encouraged strongly to attend the Grand Lodge Leadership Conference. November will mark the 140th Anniversary of the founding of Arminius Lodge. More plans to commemorate this will be forthcoming. Finally, this has been a difficult summer for me in light of the passing of my father. Among the many other roles he played in my life, he was of great assistance in editing and writing the monthly Arminius Bulletins. Many thanks to those of you have helped support my family during this time. I especially appreciate J:.W:. Andrew Lawless? inspiring contribution to the current Bulletin.

Sincerely and fraternally,

Mark Dreisonstok, W:.M:.
